keqing guide

Keqing is an Electro 5 Star unit that offers a wide variety of playstyles, and overworld mechanics that add a flavor to exploration and combat. Moreover, Keqing is a unit that relies on her raw strength to output damage which further increases her flexibility.

You can play keqing with 2 different style each of them have different type of team composition which are sustained electro Keqing and physical keqing.

Constellation:
Keqing’s Constellations are catered more towards Electro Keqing rather than Physical Keqing, offering damage increase while retaining the same playstyle. You don't need constellation to make keqing a strong sustainable electro DPS. Her C4 is her best constellation as it her attack by 25% by triggering
an Electro-related Elemental Reaction. Keqing's C4 constellation can essentially become a permanent ATK buff for her due to how easy it is to trigger Electro-based Elemental Reactions such as aggravate, electro charged, etc.

Playstyle:
I would highly suggest to play aggravate keqing as it has the highest damage output compare to other playstyle.

Artifact:
For sustained electro keqing the artifact you want to give her is the thundering fury, due to
the introduction of Aggravate when sumeru release, keqing can make a good use of the 4-Piece set effect, buffing up her Aggravate damage, as well as getting more Skill casts off. The extra skill cast provided by the 4-piece set effect can solve keqing heavy stamina management and can give some particle to other party member.

Weapon:

The best 5 star weapon for keqing is Mistsplitter Reforged as Mistsplitter offers 44.1% CRIT DMG alongside a very high Base Attack and an extremely strong passive, which Keqing has an easy time maintaining, her 2nd best 5 star is jade cutter the gap between Mistsplitter and Jade Cutter in Aggravate Keqing is much smaller due to the high CRIT RATE, boosting Aggravate’s damage.

Her best 4 star weapon is R1 lion's roar, aggravate Keqing has nearly 100% uptime on Lion’s Roar’s passive, making it reliable unless you are facing enemies with innate Element. Technically R5 Toukabou Shigure is stronger compare to R1 lion's roar in single target scenario but due to
Toukabou Shigure damage fall off against multiple enemies so for consistency damage output lion's roar is better but if both lion's roar and
Toukabou Shigure are R5 lion's roar can deal the same damage in single and multiple enemies so if both R5 lion's roar better.

Team composition:
Team comp for aggravate keqing consist of 2 electro, 1 dendro and 1 anemo/shielder

The team composition for i recommend is:
keqing fischl nahida and kazuha

if you are a low spender and want their constellation, i would suggest:
C4 keqing
C6 fischl
C2 nahida
C2 kazuha
